A BILL to repeal section twenty-two, article ten, chapter eleven of
the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to information returns to
gather information to reasonably predict revenues and how
recommendations of governor's commission on fair taxation
would impact different businesses.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 10. PROCEDURE AND ADMINISTRATION.
§1. Repeal of section relating to information returns for
commission on fair taxation
.

Section twenty-two, article ten, chapter eleven of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
is hereby repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the requirement
that a statistical sample of businesses file information returns
providing information to predict revenues and project how the
recommendations of the governor's commission on fair taxation would
impact different classes of business.
